Bio

Janet Weiss (born September 24, 1965 in Hollywood, California) moved to Portland, Oregon in 1989 and soon after began playing drums in the indie rock band Quasi with ex-husband Sam Coomes. She also started playing drums for Sleater-Kinney in 1997 and has played for The Go Betweens, Bright Eyes, Sarah Dougher as well as Elliott Smith. Read more on Last.fm.
